The Trevor Project is the leading advocate for LGBTQ youth mental health in preventative and intervention efforts at the federal, state, and local level to address factors that place LGBTQ youth at significantly higher risk of suicide. The COVID-19 pandemic put an incredible amount of stress on our healthcare systems across the country. Nurses stepped up and put their lives on hold and their health at risk. US Capitol Police Memorial Fund
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) Memorial Fundwas established by Congress as the official means for the public to support the families of USCP officers killed in the line of duty, and/or officers who have sustained serious line-of-duty injuries.
The Children & Teachers Foundation
Chicago Teachers and its members have played a pivotal role during COVID. Protecting and educating the next generation has proven to be a difficult task and our teachers are remarkable.
The Children & Teachers Foundation’s mission is to develop networks that advance education for students, advocate for teachers and resource underserved communities. In 2014, the Chicago Teachers Union Foundation (CTUF) reorganized, established the Children & Teachers Foundation (CTF) of the Chicago Teachers Union, a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
Venezuela
Venezuela has been in crisis mode for a decade and its people are suffering. Millions of Venezuelans have left, migrating to neighboring countries in South America. One of the biggest problems is medicine and physician shortages. NAUDI will donate event proceeds to Doctors without Borders.
Animal Rescuers
Support the folks that rescue animals from slaughterhouses, live markets, farms, extreme neglect, abuse, religious ceremonies, and abandonment. We support and donate to Skylands Animal Sanctuary and Rescue already and plan on coordinating fundraising efforts to help keep these heroes doing the incredible work they have committed their lives to.
Off the Mat into the World
Off the Mat into the World is a collective of practitioners, educators and activist working in collaboration with global and local leaders to seed and support grassroots change. We bridge the tools of yoga and self-awareness with effective community action through continuing education. We have been donating to this cause for many years personally and have seen the incredible things accomplished!
